Recent Acquisition

We have a new Eero Saarinen collection available for researchers:  The Carl Mangusson Collection of Astrid Sampe Correspondence consists of letters to Astrid Sampe from Eero Saarinen and contains some wonderful images and information, both personal and professional, about Eero Saarinen.  One of the most striking images is a perspective rendering of the MIT Chapel done by Eero while traveling.  His letters mingle professional and personal interests and complement the holdings in the Astrid Sampe Collection of Eero Saarinen Correspondence.
